On this date in 1982, The Human League released their eleventh single, “Mirror Man”. It was backed by “You Remind Me Of Gold”. Both tracks appeared on their third EP, Fascination! (which was really a six-track mini-album)

Homosexuals were an influential British punk band formed in 1978. They were born from the ashes of the founders of Bruno Wizard Rejects. Rejects were formed at Goldsmiths College in south London in 1976, when Bruno masters at work a young composer named John Kane to help express his concern with the modern world and frustration with their heroes of the sixties revolution Maaan! ” Rejects made their first appearance at the Roxy in January 1977 supporting The Damned and vibrators. In the next five months, rejects played wire, generation X (with a very young Billy Idol), The Jam, Eater, 999, Sham 69, and on several occasions. Summer of 1977, the wizard Jim Welton bass new lineup Rejects. Included in this new lineup were Dus David on drums, and sometimes wandering guitarists. David Dusya was the drummer Wayne County (later Jane) during the 1977 tour in the UK. Bruno created audition to find a permanent guitarist, and after a series of failures metaphysical, was recruited by Anton Hayman. Bruno Wizard needs a new name for this new phase of his creative outpourings. The name “rejects” are too deeply rooted in the fact that the master considered as “new match Punk”. Homo equal persons of the same sex / Rock is sexual / men of the same idea in ancient Greece, discussing art, music, literature, astronomy, science is equal to homosexuals. Well, that didn’t take long. The bandmates of Glasvegas frontman James Allan were understandably concerned after he went missing for five days following.
