Strictly Come Dancing is a British television show Featuring celebrities with professional dance partners Competition in the Ballroom and Latin dances. Name of the event said the continuation of a long series of Come Dancing, with a hint of the film Strictly. The format was exported to 30 other countries (see “Dancing with the Stars), and also inspired modern dance thematic side strictly Dance Fever.Shows run on BBC One since 2004. The sixth series finished in December 2008, and for five stand-alone Christmas Specials-consecutive years from 2004 to 2008. Series four was also shown as part of BBC line-up of its trial High Definition channel, BBC HD.The show was broadcast live on BBC One on Saturday evening, and was presented by Bruce Forsyth and Tess Daly. For some of the second series, Natasha Kaplinsky stood in temporarily Tess Daly, when she took maternity leave. The jury consists of Bruno Tonioli, Alesha Dixon, Len Goodman and Craig Revel Horwood. Goodman and Tonioli commute weekly between Hollywood and London, to judge both the American and British versions of the show simultaneously. In four series, one hour show, attention was shown on Sunday at 7 pm on BBC Two, and for five series, the results show moved to Sunday evening, although it is filmed on Saturday and broadcast “as live” every Sunday.
