Hollywood (Africa)” is a song Red Hot Chili Peppers, released as a single from their 1985 album, Freaky Styley. This is a cover version of “Africa” on the subway, from the album rejuvenation.
Make Freaky Styley, George Clinton, this song was one of his favorite on the album. He used to attend concerts of the Red Hot Chili Peppers, now and then, and when they performed “Hollywood event (Africa),” he went on stage to join in the singing of Anthony and to incite the crowd.
