The White Tie Affair

The White Tie Affair (AKA TWTA) is a Pop Rock / Electronica band from Chicago, Illinois. The members consist of: Sean-P (guitar), Chris Wallace (vocals), Tim McLaughlin (drums) and Ryan McClain (keyboard).

In early 2007 The White Tie Affair tickets signed with Epic Records / Slightly dangerous and released their debut album “Walk This Way in April 2008. The album contains two groups of singles,” Let me introduce myself … Mr. Right “and” Candle (sick), which were shown on MTV TRL and the hills. In accordance with the biography of the group, “two founding members both agreed that they wanted to bring fun back to the music scene that largely focuses on the negative aspects of life.” The group formed in Chicago and signed with Epic Records / little risk in 2007 and began touring with artists such as: Secondhand Serenade, making April Innerpartysystem, metro, Medic Droid, and Kill Hannah.

In autumn 2007 The White Tie Affair events recorded their debut album “Walk This Way, on Annetenna Studios in Burbank, California. In January 2008, bassist Jeremy Johnson left the band and was replaced by Ryan Cook, who also left the group in February 2009. In March in 2008 the group was invited to speak at the annual “Pajama Party” in the Playboy Mansion. During the same year joined the TWTA 2 nd Annual True Colors Tour in the Midwest leg show, sharing the stage with Cyndi Lauper, B-52’s and Rosie O’Donnell.
