E-40

Earl Stevens (born November 15, 1967) better known as E-40 phase, is American rapper from Vallejo, California. He is also part of the rap group of Bay Area Press and founder of the Sick Wid It Records. His debut solo album, federal, was released in 1992, and the debut album of The Click’s “Down & Dirty” was released in 1994.
