Amy Lavere

Amy LaVere, American singer, composer, vertical bass guitarist and actress. Her music is classified as Americana, combining a mixture of classic country, gypsy jazz, and southern soul.

Amy Lavere tickets has released two albums on the label of Memphis Archer records, and also has several acting credits in the main motion pictures.Amy LaVere was born in a small Texas / Louisiana border town, supported by musical parents with a passion for traditional country music. Her family moved 13 times when she entered high school, ultimately landing in Detroit where Amy facade of a punk band in the last minute, while in its teens.

The  early 1990’s found Amy Lavere events in Nashville as part of the growing lower stage Broadway, where she began to play upright bass as half of the popular roots duo Gabe & Amy Show. By 1999, she moved to Memphis, where the different communities of the city of music quickly embraced her unique style.
