Relient K

Relient K is an American rock band in Canton, Ohio, in 1998, Matt Thiessen vocals, guitar and piano, Brian Pittman on bass, and Matt Hoopes on guitar was among the youngest group in high school and their time at Malone College in Canton. Group is named after automotive guitarist Hoopes’, Plymouth Reliant K car, with the spelling intentionally altered to avoid trademark infringement over the name of Reliant.
Group linked to the culture of contemporary Christian music, especially in the Christian rock Christian punk scene. Although the Christian group, the group performed a number of secular artists. The Group has achieved critical success with the basic pop-punk and alternative rock. The band’s sound includes a piano and acoustic elements, and the lyrical content often refers to God, Jesus, and the terms “you” and “Nemo” is used in relation to God. The band has sold more than 2 million records, with three albums gold certification is given to RIAA.
